Observation

During the time of inspection, child identified for additional supervision does not yet have an ICP form on file. Licensor has discussed this with staff present to retreive the proper paperwork from parents. Technical assistance was given to staff; steps to take if parents do not bring in documentation to support thier child's needs while in this program's care.
