Observation

WAC 0146(1)(a)(b) Insufficient pea gravel ground cover under climbing structures including monkey bars. Ground covers were measured today to be 5 inches deep. Observed slide/climber placed on grass in the school age yard. Multiple climbers were close to each other in the toddler yard. Per CPSC safety standards, the fall zone should be 6 feet clearance to prevent injuries if children fall from equipment.
