Observation

A drop zone hazard was observed in the outdoor area at the time of inspection. A self-closing and self-latching gate was not observed at the time of inspection. Toys that promote a variety of age and developmentally appropriate active play were not observed at the time of inspection. The outdoor play areas were not enclosed with a fence or barrier at the time of inspection.
