Purell wipes are seen stored on a table accessible to children. Purell spray was seen stored in the supply closet in a cabinet, on the top shelf, with the doors to the cabinet open, and doors to the storage closet open. Plastic bugs were on the floor in this supply closet where a child had been playing.
