Observation

Provider was not able to provide documentation that the staff had current CPR/1st aid certificates. Staffs Merit pages are not up to date. The first aid kit was not complete. The first aid kit was on the ground near a bench and it was accessible to the children. The first aid kit did not have sufficient supplies for the amount of children that were enrolled (69).
