(1) The emergency preparedness plan that was reviewed was missing the evacuation location in all applicable sections (fire, flood, volcano, tsunami, landslide/mudflow, active shooter), what the provider would do if the provider has an emergency and children may be left unsupervised, and what the early learning program must do if parents are not able to get to their children for up to 3 days.
