(1) The emergency preparedness plan that was reviewed was missing the evacuation location in all applicable sections (flood, volcano, tsunami, landslide/mudflow), what the provider would do if the provider has an emergency and children may be left unsupervised, and what the school-age program must do if parents are not able to get to their children for up to 3 days.
