-0145 (11)There is no self latching and self closing mechanism on the outdoor gate, to be used as an emergency exit. -0145 (3) There is no area that provides shade in the outdoor area. There are not sufficient outdoor toys as noted in WAC 110-300-0145 (4). -0145 (6) A corner section of the outdoor fence is climbable. -0146 (8) Barrier on the exiting porch section is wider than three and one-half inches on one section and down below handrail area.
