0165 (2)(c): Preschool classroom has cord plugged in (electronic) and accessible to children. 0165 (2) (d): Costco garbage bags on cart in hallway leading to preschool bathrooms accessible to children. These were made not accessible while Licensor was on site. 0165 (3)(a): Water drains on playground attached to building has sharp edges in two areas. 0165 (3)(f): Several large shelves in preschool classroom not secured to wall and pose a falling risk. 0165 (3)(g): Toddler classroom has window seal where blue paint is chipping and dry wall is exposed. Preschool bathroom countertop (Orange) has two chips on surface. Preschool restrooms have chipping paint. Preschool classroom has shower which has been removed and metal parts are sticking out that are hazardous.
