Observation

The emergency exit gate in the front play area does not self-latch. There are plastic bags accesible to children in the living room and in the kitche cabinets; Electrical cords are hanging, on the floor, and in the hallways near the bedrooms and are accesible to children. Electrical cords hanging from the television are within reach of children and pose strangulation and electrical hazards.
