0260(1)(a) In the kitchen area, at the bottom of the sink cabinet, multiple items—including floor and glass cleaners, Dawn dish soap, and Fabuloso—were accessible to childcare children. In the bathroom, baby wipes were also accessible. All of these items are labeled “keep out of reach of children.” The wipes were removed and corrected.
