Observation

WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c): The exit door to the outside going out of the school age room was blocked with a large bin and a backpack directly in front of the whole bottom part of the door. At the time of the site visit the playground exit gate would not open which would prevent children from getting out in the event of an emergency.
