Observation

0260 (1)(a) LLicensor observed that a container of Lysol disinfectant wipes, stored under the diaper changing table, was accessible to children. This presents a potential safety hazard, as poisonous or dangerous substances are within reach of children. 0260 (2)(a)(b) Licensor observed that the storage closet containing cleaning equipment, such as mops, brooms, and other items, was accessible to children. This poses a potential safety risk, as the cleaning equipment may be contaminated with chemicals from cleaning products.
