Observation

2)a) There are small magnets on the metal cubbies used to keep the doors closed. The magnets are removable and they are 1 1/4" in diameter, which is small enough to pose a choking hazard. There are small eyelets on the magnets that may become detached and would also pose a risk of choking, aspiration, or ingestion. 2)c) There are cords that are within reach of children near the housekeeping area and under the calendar area. They are partially secured, but could still be pulled out by a child and pose a hazard. 3)c) There are bifold doors on the children's rest rooms. Bifold doors can pinch children's fingers when opening and closing.
