Observation

1)a) The bleach water and soapy water for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces in the kitchen and playroom was in a rack on the side of the microwave near the entryway in the playroom, where it was within reach of some of the children in care today. 5) There was a battery-operated power drill with a screwdriver bit in it on the counter in the kitchen area. It was located on the side of the counter near to the playroom and there was a toy stove and chairs next to the counter where a child could climb up and access the power drill.
