Observation

Plastic bags stored accessible to children on bottom shelf of diaper changing table. Bags were removed and stored inaccessible during inspection in licensor's presence. Black iron fence on side of yard has sharp edges that are rusty, need to remove from outdoor play area. Unable to confirm indoor temperature in licensed space, no thermostat on child care level of the home and thermostat observed in upper unlicensed area has the face plate broken. Indoor licensed area observed to be cold during visit. Need method to confirm temperature of child care level of the home.
