Observation

Licensor Robertson observed staff JH in the infant room propping a bottle of milk for an infant who was reclining in a sort of "bouncy chair". The licensor explained that was not allowed and the staff JH was surprised to hear that, she stopped at the time. Licensor Robertson observed staff ES in the toddler room during lunch when young toddlers were served chunks of chicken about 1 inch cubes. These were received that way from the kitchen. At least one of the toddlers was working on a cube/chunk which was bigger than her mouth could close. She also had the chunk in her mouth when the lights were turned off for naptime and staff ES was away from the table but staff ES came back and did pinch the chicken cube into small appropriate pieces.
