Observation

WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c): At the time of the site visit all the classroom emergency exit doors have a gate that is screwed into the door opening and blocking the door way exit. There are also two gates that are blocking exits out of the building in the hall way that is just outside of the classroom exit door ways.
