Observation

At the time of the site visit there was a loose garden hose (which formed a loop) accessible to the children and a loose cord in the open storage shed on the playground. There is a hot water tank in the storage closet of the mixed age group room that only has a curtain making it accessible to the children. The is a storage area accessible to the children in preschool room 2. At the time of the site visit there was a heavy box propped up against the train table and is a falling hazzard.
