Observation

The applicant has blocked outlets with inserts that present a choking hazard. The outdoor play area contains large pieces of gravel that present a choking risk and are risk of ingestion. The outdoor play area has garden tools next to greenhouse that present a safety risk. Outlets are not TR type or blocked from child access. The bifold closet doors in the baby room present a pinching risk. Outlet near bathroom sink is not TR/GFCI type. Sliding glass door does not have stickers or art work to prevent children from walking through glass. Wood with sharp, exposed edges has been placed over a gap between the fence and the yard to prevent children from falling in. While this solution will likely prevent children from falling into this space, the wood should be replaced with something that children may not remove on their own and does not present a risk of injury.
