0145 (1) At the time of the inspection, the licensor observed propapne tank connected to a grill, a second barbecue grill that is not in good repair. 0145 (11) At the time fo the visit, the outdoor gate did not have self-closing and self-lathcing mechanism. 0145 (6) At the time of the visit, the proposed outdoor play area is not enclosed with barrier.
