Observation

Licensor observed outlet safety caps in all outlets that can pose choking hazard if pulled out or broken. Licensor observed washer and dryer on bathroom pathway, without safety features, posing intrapment. Licensor observed large shelves in classrooms, that are not anchered to wall and can tip over. Licensor observed exit drop off that is greater than 18 inches high off ground, missing ADA ramp, that will require guardrails for heigth of the drop off. Licensor observed cable jacks, phone jacks and a non-tamper resistant outlet accessible to children in classrooms or main pathway to exits of hallway areas.
