110-300-331(1)(c) Based on the information collected there is insufficient evidence to determine that there was a WAC violation for 110-300-0331(1)(c) 110-300-0331(1)(s) During interviews with staff members, it was stated child was brought from outside, placed on high chair and buckled in due to the child having an outburst restricting her to move around on her own. Based on this information there is sufficient evidence to determine there was a WAC violation.
