Observation

Based on sufficient evidence available at the time of the licensing inspection, more likely than not, applicable WAC 110-300-0145(1) was violated. After interviewing the staff, it was told to the licensor that the chair should not have been on the play structure and may have been put there by another classroom. This area was not inspected before the preschoolers were allowed to play outside. The plastic and metal chair has been removed from the play structure.
