Observation

It was reported that Roxana does not supervise children at all times. The referent believes that a minor injury to her child may have been attributed to this. While that could not be confirmed through DCYF interviews, when LD CPS investigator showed up for an unannounced visit, an infant was sleeping inside the home while all caretakers were outside the home supervising other children.
