Observation

The provider reported that she puts infants in their car seats prior to parents picking them up so the child is ready to go. Provider erquests parents/guardians text 10 minutes prior to pick up so she can get the child ready and puts them in their seats. When asked what the provider does if the parent is alter than 10 mintues she did not have a response. The provider was unable to say how long infants are elft int ehir car seat prior to pick up.
