Observation

110-300-0100 Through interviews and inspection it was determined the WAC was more likely than not to be violated. Parents and guardians reported the provider was never on-site at pick up or drop off. All interactions were with the other staff. The provider stated she is there twenty five percent of the time. No staff absent plan was observed.
