-0165(1) In the child's classroom, there are metal pipes from previous bathroom fixtures exposed through the wall that could cause a child to hit their head. -0165 (3)(a): There are floor to ceiling beams in the classroom. The pool noodles protecting the edges of one beam have been removed exposing small holes in the drywall where metal shows through. There are sharp edges and peeling paint.
