Observation

The valid finding is for the WAC regarding prohibited interactions and discipline by staff. An activity leader working at Roosevelt Express, C.B., was observed on video to use shame, humiliation and inappropriate gestures with a Kindergarten age child. As soon as the Express Program was made aware of the allegations, C.B. was placed on administrative leave.
