Observation

There was enough information available to Licensor Severson at time of licensing assessment, to determine a supervision violation occurred, as staff were unaware child had left program after seeing the child, and not accounting for them on attendance log, learning after, child had left program following parent contacting staff that child had arrived home by school bus.
