Observation

Based on the information gathered at the site visit and interviews with the child care staff and referent, the licensor has determined that on several occasions there were too many children in classroom based on the square footage of the classoom. One example - there were 14 children in classroom that was licensed for 9 children based on square footage. Staff to child ratio was maintained but there were over the capacity for the classroom.
