Observation

Based on the information gathered from the inspection, it was determined that providers did not position themselves to supervise and to attend to children and being aware of what children were doing at all times. Based on the information gathered from the inspection, it was determined that the childcare staff left the child with an unauthorized individual and then went inside with the rest of the group.
