Observation

3a) Provider washes and reuses disposable forks and plastic containers from the food delivery service. These items were seen in the dishwasher drying. 3b) Provider states she does feed the children things like crackers with her hands while they play outside. She explained she drops them in the child's mouth. 1) Provider states she puts food that is not consumed, but has been prepared by the catering service, in the freezer to use at a later time, sometimes in their Friday stew, not consuming it within 48 hours of being prepared the first time.
