WAC 110-300-0106(12) : At the time of the intake staff members JB, CB, AF, and MH did not have a current food handlers card. WAC 110-300-0106(11): Staff members JS, CB, AF, and MH did not have a current CPR/First aid card at the time of the intake. WAC 110-300-0106(3): Staff members CG, MH, MH, and KH did not have the required childcare basics the time of the intake.
