Based on the information gathered at the site visit and interviews with the child care staff and the parent, the licensor has determined that the silica gel packet from the new water bottle was left in the bottle accidentally after they washed them. The gel packet in normally non-toxic but they should be kept out of reach of children because they can also be a choking hazard.
