Observation

During the course of the complaint assessment & staff interviews, it was reported by several staff, that staff member S.G. had inappropriate interactions with children. Where she used prohibited discipline with children by means of grabbing, pulling on, covering child's face at nap time, forcing food intake with their fingers and using aggressive intimidation with children while in care.
