Observation

During the course of the investigation licensor determined there was enough information through interviews with staff, and management confirming the incident after viewing the video of H.S. aggressively pushing the child. Management terminated the employee immediately, informed the Licensor, called the parents of the child and then called the incident in to the DCYF intake line.
