Observation

The allegation that there was a staff member who's PBC had been withdrawn working in the program is more likely than not, valid because during the inspection of the complaint, the referent and DCYF subsidies case worker informed that the person with a withdrawn PBC started employment on 3/4, working 30 hours a week from 9:00 to 3:00 and the referent confirmed the persons schedule with the provider and the licensor confirmed in MERIT the PBC was in withdraw status until 5/9/2024.
