Observation

Allegation that Children's Learning Center of Ephrata staff member, Bryce Jansen grabbed a child by the arm and picked him up to his feet, and that he cussed at both children is determined to be Valid based on the infomation obtained during this complaint inspection; these are violations to WAC 110-300-0331 (1) (a) and WAC 110-300-0331 (1) (c).
