Observation

The licensor was told by the director that the staff member admitted to holding the child down on the nap mat using her leg, as well as other staff admitted to doing this. Another staff member present stated he witnessed the staff member push the child down and hold the child down with their leg on the nap mat. For these reasons, the licensor finds the allegation likely valid.
