ABC LEARNING CENTER - MARYSVILLE (ABC Learning Center - Marysville)

Observation

During multiple onsite visits, the back building door leading to the playground was propped open, or unlatched. Door leads to playground. During onsite visits it was observed it was observed when the backdoor was open, playground gates to dumpster area and/or parking lot were unlatched and open, also. Additionally, noise mechanism on emergency exit doors were not working or in use at the time of visits.
