Observation

After completing the complaint assessment Licensor Severson determined there was enough information available to determine a licensing violation occurred, as the staff did grab the child in a manner that did leave a mark on the child's arm and the staff did not report they had grabbed the child or left a mark on the child's arm following the incident, which is prohibited behavior and discipline of a child.
