Observation

There was enough information available to Licensor Severson at time of licensing assessment to determine a licensing violation occurred, as staff and children were in close proximity during the exchange of staff A.A. whom was complaining about a child whom had an potty accident in the classroom. Staff A.A. used inappropriate words and or shaming the child involved for having an accident and a neighboring classroom were also in close proximity of the incident.
